Another Cat Cycle Animation

My first animation sense that Flash class back in High School >.> Just a doodle so far.. i'll make something out of it, just showing my progress HA my sister told me i should make a mouse running away from the cat. For some reason.. this is the fastest CS5 can make it on no delay. But why does it run so much fast in CS5 than the internet? It looks so slow on DA... T>T
